Hello dear blog (: been abandoning you for quite some time, due to the oh-so-stress exam period !
but the reason i blog is because of this one video i watched just now.
it just sparks the need for me to let out what i feel when i was watching it and share it here ~
i teared ; because i find it so beautiful and special ♥
well, the video is about a wedding ceremony in a mosque. i can tell that the video is self-made by their relatives, but it doesn't matter cause the story captured was so beautiful ! Subhanallah :D
so, this couple who were about to get married, dressed in all white attire, simple and sweet.
A humble event with the amount of people attended can be counted.
Groom wore white 'cekak musang' baju melayu and for the bride a very sweet white french lace. I very much like her tudung especially, its long(covering the chest; i hate it when brides wear tudung but put the area covering the chest inside their inner shirt) and at the same time did not cover her dress. so its some kind of the average length (:
The video moving on to the groom reciting back the Qabul where the Qadi recited the Ijab ! with clear and calm voice, the groom said it once and it's approved (:
Du'a recited , documents signed and rings exchanged ♥
okay, this part is my favourite. Right after they have exchanged the rings, its the part where the bride have to salam her husband, and right at this moment, the girl hesitated !
She actually calm herself for a moment , and i can tell that she is assuring herself that she is married and this man infront of her is her husband which is rightfully hers and she is his ♥
subhanallah. this is the part where i nearly teared )':
it shows how her relationship with this man , whom now is her husband were so different.
Different in the aspect of how they maintain and uphold their status as strangers, as well as muslim and muslimah who are not bound with any kind of relationship.
it shows how the least skinship like holding hands are strange to them unlike most of the couples who thinks its ok and a very usual thing to do for couples.
And so, the bride salam her husband. I can see that both of them are cherishing the inaugural skinship they both are having. As a husband and a wife (:
Moments after that, both of them performed solat sunnat jamaah together for the very first time, the bride teared tears of joy when her husband is reciting the Du'a (:
Isn't it beautiful? Kudos to both of this couple. they deserved my absolute respect for not crossing over lines and follow wholeheartedly what Syara' has set for us.
Allahumma Ja'alna minhum♥
p/s : Allah Yassir wala Tu'assir, Amin !
